Problem.. TCP/IP connetion reset, packet drop, and duplicate packets ??

Hi every one, this is a problem with my desktop that happened recently with me.

The problem it’s seem at first a bad internet connection at when open web pages and videos

What happen is none continues downstream from any web site, at first i thought the problem from the ISP but after wile and a little investigation it’s seem the problem from my terminal.

Let’s cut the chit-chat and stay in the loop

My terminal info is:

Windows 7, 64 bit

Network access wireless rtl7178L (only)

Access point huawei router

Browser: firefox.

Antivirus: kaspersky 2012 antivirus. (New installed)

Investigation tools:

§  Wireshark

§  Netstat –s (IPv4 statistic)

§  Netsh

§  Realtek wireless lan utility

§  Network meter gadgets

The output:

(Netstat –s) show i have a lot of connection reset. Photo

(Realtek wirless lan utility) show the status of my wireless connection and it’s seem good. Photopackets drop and connection reset 5.png

(Wireshark) show the TCP packets drops and duplicate. Photopackets drop and connection reset 4.png

Troubleshoots be made and tried:

1.      Used different browser (not work).

2.      Used different terminal (worked).

3.      Used another Operation system (ubuntu 10.4) (worked).

4.      Try to reset ipv4 and winsock “netsh interface ipv4 reset” “netsh winsock reset” (not worked).
