problem when a device is removed at Prime Infrastructure 2.1

Good afternoon, we have Prime Infrastructure 2.1 (2.1.0.0.87).  When you try to remove the two the switch, see status "Delete In Progress".Watching him for about 5 hours. What can be done? Thanks in advance.

Try restarting the ncs services once  (ncs stop  &&  ncs start )  then try to delete the devices again

Thanks for trying to help, tried it, did not help :) Status same. When you select a device, delete button is not active.
