Hi,
we have LMS 3.0.1 running on a Windows platform. The issue we are having is that CTMJrmServer will not start. I have tried starting it from the Processes menu, stopping and restarting services on the Windows server and finally rebooting the Windows server - all to no avail. The last time I had this problem was when LMS 3.0 was being used - it was resolved by doing a clean re-install of LMS 3.0 immediately followed by the patch to LMS 3.0.1. Do I have a corrupt file? Any suggestions?

Have you integrated LMS with ACS? Did you configure the system identity user in LMS and give it appropriate permissions in ACS?

I logged into CiscoWorks later in the day, and ......... yes, that's right ......... it's working properly again without anyone's intervention. Hmmmmmmm
