problem with RME 4.0

RME 4.0 had no devices discovered in the database. it shows 0. But campus manager and DFM has the correct discovery information. tried patching RME to SP2 but didn't work. what could be the problem? and how can i fix?

PS. LMS version we use is 2.5 and it's an upgrade that runs on Solaris 8.

Are you running LMS 2.5 on one or a multi-box cluster ?

If its a single box I'd suspect its a credentials problem. If a Multi-box, its a SSO common cluster ID mismatch.
