Problem with RME inventory Collection

Hi,

RME can't get inventory data from Catalyst 6513 switches after switch upgrade

OBJ ID: …….9.1.400

IOS =12.2(18)SFX14

LMS 2.6, RME 4.0.6

Credentials are correctly configured in Common Services Device Management

Error message = Device Collecting Failed.

Any hint?

Try to increase the snmp timeout for these devices. Device Management - RME Devices - Edit Device Attributes.

I have increased the snmp timeout to 10 sec and the telnet timeout til 120 sec but still same problem. RME Config Collection, CampusManager and DFM are OK

Any other tips?
