Hi,
The possible cause why you are facing this issue (CSCsb22036) is most
probably because you have not cleaned up the UT DB after applying the
patch LMS 2.5.1.
This is not documented, but we have few cases with the same symptom
CSCsb22036 after installing LMS 2.5.1 (Campus 4.0.3) because of that.

In order to fix this issue please could you reinitialize ANI database:
=== On Windows: ===
1. Stop the daemon manager
net stop crmdmgtd
2. Restore ANI database
c:\progra~1\CSCOpx\bin\perl c:\progra~1\cscopx\campus\bin\reinitdb.pl
-restore
3. Start the daemon manager
net start crmdmgtd
(wait 5 minutes)
=== On Solaris: ===

/etc/init.d/dmgtd start
cd /opt/CSCOpx/campus/bin
./reinitdb.pl -restore
/etc/init.d/dmgtd start
#
NOTE: this will erase all info only from the CampusManager!
But after Device Discovery, Data Collection and UT everything should
working fine.
