Problem with view config in Device Center

Hi. I same have trouble with usertracking. To solve it i reinitialze the ani database and that solved the problem with usertracking.

After the renit i get problem with device center.

I can't see the configuration when i do view config in Management Tasks.

The error message is:

CM0003: Version 8 does not exist in archive 192.168.63.4 Cause: Version may have been deleted.

If i do edit config or looked at the config in config management, it works.

Re: Problem with view config in Device Center

Try deleting one device and re-add it. Do Sync Archive for this device alone and check whether the issue gets resolved.
