Problems to view reports with netmanager 1.1

Hi,

a) I have netmanager 1.1 , currently I can not view reports that handle graphics e.g. ping availability, I guess the problem is with java version.

I installed the version  jre-6u17-windows-i586-s.exe but  the problem remains.

There is a specific version of java that I must installed???

b) By another hand if I t click telnet in tools's option in order to access devices I does not respond.

any suggestion?
