Problems with buffers & cpu

I have a router (c3640). It is possible that problems due to the errors in buffers are taking place that are. This arriving itself at limits of capacity of router? Would be recommendable its substitution? Attached information on the exit of the instructions "show buffers" & "show proc CPU history"
