Problems with LMS 4.0

Hello, everyone!

I have a problem with adding devices from DCR to DFM. There are some devices in DCR only for test. After I make Device Allocation Policy, I saw an error

"requested state change is invalid". And device state in DFM is Learning permanently, also there 10% of completing. So its my main problem in configuring LMS, and if anyone can help, please do it.

I have exactly the same problem. In addition, LMS also crashes whenever I set the Allocation Policy. See attached screenshot. Does anyone know why the devices are showing as 'error devices'?  Any hints on as to overcome this would be very welcome.
