Processes unable to start

Hi,

I am using CW LMS 2.2 with all the latest IDU on Windows 2000 server,I find the processes ConfigChangeDetector,ConfigPurge,ConfigUpdate are not getting started due to which I am not able to track down the configuration changes of the network devices.It would be really great if you have any solution for this.

It is normal for the administrator to shut down these services as they do not run on their own.

ConfigChangeDetector

Administrator has shut down this server

ConfigPurge

Administrator has shut down this server

ConfigUpdate

Administrator has shut down this server

InvChangeDetector

Administrator has shut down this server

this is normal operation for these services. They may even say nerver started. ConfigChangeDetector does not always run, they only run when there is a change or their regular interval which can be a midnight.

Thanks for the information,

But i am not able to track donw all the changes down by my team to the netowrk nodes? does nay one have a clue what went wrong?
