PTMServer.log size issues

Hi,

I have a problem with PTMServer.log. It is getting filled with the bellow messages. I have checked https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/667827 discussion and it seems to be identical error message. I have checked "Disable All Threshold Settings for This Group" Tick Box as Joe suggested in the thread and all the boxes are unticked.

If you have any suggestion I am all yours

We are running 3.2 version of DFM. See the screenshot attached. The box is Win2003 R2 SP2 (VMware)

Hello,

Yes. This has been resolved by Cisco TAC. I don't want to go into technical details, because it was fixed a while ago and I don't want to desinform you. If you raise a TAC request the engineer should be able to help you out. The problem is that it will wipe the config for your DFM and you will need to setup the alerts and notification from the scratch.
