PTMServer process is down -- CWLMS 3.0 Windows

Hi I have a problem with DFM 3.0.1 module.

When I try to navigate the DFM module

I get the error:

"Could not retrieve current data since the PTMServer process is down.

Please restart the process and perform this operation again."

The file PTMServer.log, inside:

21/Oct/2008 10:53:12:450 ERROR main com.cisco.nm.xms.ctm.client.CTMCall establishIPC - URN_NOT_FOUND : urn "VPTA" : Not found !!

Tue Oct 21 10:53:12 ART 2008 PTAProxy :: CTMException in PTASyncUp(delGrpFlag) :: com.cisco.nm.xms.ctm.common.CTMException: URN_NOT_FOUND : urn "VPTA" : Not found !!

Here attach the process screenshot.

Any idea that what happend with this?

Thanks very much!

best regards!

This is almost certainly CSCsm04957. You will need to upgrade to DFM 3.0.3 to fix it. You will first need to download the LMS 3.0.1 update, then apply the DFM 3.0.3 Service Pack from Common Services > Software Center > Software Update. LMS 3.0.1 can be downloaded from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/lms301 .
