pushing images through software distribution

Hi,

I am using LMS 3.0.1 unable to push Image through software distribution.I have a particular image in software repository.Selected the image & the device to be pushed.But the job is failing & giving the default errors.then I enabled approver now its waiting for approval then saying the job rejected.

can u pls revert asap?

I never used the job approval stuff.

Ok I removed approval list & tried.

Still failed I am pasting the error msg pls have a look at it.

Couldn't create an empty temp file in rcp-specific directory.

Cause: SWIM0145: No RCP User configured in Cisco Works Server .

Set up the rcp user (Default is cwuser) in the 'Common Services->Server->admin->system preferences' screen.

I thought an RCP user was configured on the fly....maybe try to configure one as suggested.

Common Services->Server->admin->system preferences

Search the help for "rcp user" and then check the chapter "Configuring rcp"
