hi i am starting to use Qos in my internet conection because this is limited, i want to separate traficc 70% for www, ftp,etc and 30% for internal email, can anyone suggest a configuration.

The way you can classify , mark and apply required bandwidth characterstics to different classes is local router specific and it doesnt hold any value/importance once it reaches the SP network/router.

All the traffic will be treated in the same manner.

Simple way would be using rate-limit and limit the traffic accordingly on your egress interface.
