QPM 4.1 - Real Time Chart Error #2032

Hi,

Just upgraded from QPM 4.0 to 4.1 and the real time chart function refuses to work.

It displays the following error (I removed the IP):

faultCode:Server.Error.Request faultString:'HTTP request error' faultDetail:'Error: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032"]. URL: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1741/qpm/RTDataPie.jsp?randomno=90194313510'

Anyone else having the same issue?

This sounds similar to CSCsw80246, but it should be fixed in QPM 4.2. Are you using HTTPS mode to access QPM? That is, do you use HTTPS to access other pages within Common Services and QPM?

Yep that's the bug, it says it is fixed in 4.1.1 so I'll apply the patch.
