QPM with terminal services enabled

We want to install QPM 3.2 on a Win2000 Server with terminal services enabled in remote admin mode. We know it is recommended that Common Services 2.2 is installed on a Win2000 server without terminal services enabled. Has anyone done this before? Does it work well?

It will work fine as long as Terminal Services is disabled during the installation.

Thanks for the reply. Do you mean if we disable Terminal Services during the installation and enable it later on, we will be fine to use QPM?
