query about devices

Hi,

I am using LMS2.5. can anyone tell me how can i see devices details of my network? I wanna to know that which device has snmp string or which not? sothat i can fill snmp in that device.

If you want to verify and update the credentials they way I find most effective is to export the devices via:

Common Services -> Device and Credentials -> Device Management -> Export

to a .csv file.

There I add the missing credentials and reipmort the file

If you are trying to run a query on whether or not a device has snmp configured on it, then LMS may not be able to do this.

In order for a device to be managed in LMS it must have the SNMP RO string configured. If not, then it won't become a managed device. If its not a managed device you won't be able to run show commands or other reports on the device.

If snmp is not configured there's not much you can do in LMS to determine this info.
