Query ALL MAC addresss via SNMP

I am querying 1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.1 but it's only giving me the MAC addresses based on the VLAN I specify in my community string (Public@1). Is there another OID that gives me all MAC addresses or am I stuck discovering all the VLANS on a switch and then walking them one-by-one?

You must query each VLAN on which there are users. See this tech tip for all the details.
