Radius Question Multiple Devices

I am stuck. I can see where I create the Radius authentication on the Cisco side and on the Server Side. But I have to select a host source where the RADIUS request will come from. Does that mean I have to make a new RADIUS CLIENT on the server side for every device?

It is possible work with device group but it is up to your RADIUS permit this. Which RADIUS solution are you using?
