Is it possible, that if someone changes the router config, it will be send to your E-mail right away.
I did found a option at
"RME>Config Management>Archive Management>Synch Archive"
that allows you to automatically get configs every 6 hours.

Configure router to send syslog to your LMS server. By default RME detects config changes and fetches config.

I have enabled Syslog to sent messages to the LMS server,
I receive them at CiscoWorks, at the device center i can click on the notifications, warnings, etc. and i also see that something has happend to a device,
but i do not get a config update (in archive managemenr) this way, i also dont received a email,
i did configure to send a E-mail if a config_change is happend, however i do not receive the E-mails.
i do get regular E-mails if a critical event occurs.
