Hi,

is it possible to start resetCasuser.exe with an option that it can be run in a script? I need to reset the casuser everytime the the server restarts, otherwise daemonmanager is not starting :-(

Try adding casuser:casusers to local administrative group and see it makes any difference. Running it programatically is not an issue, you can try to call it using any script with selecting an input to randomly generating the password. But this may be a band-aid fix to the problem, which is least recommended.

It is probably one of the domain policies that tampers with the casuser account.

Get your system admin to exclude the LMS server from this tamping or remove the server from the domain.

Cheers,

I agree with Michel ,check the domain policy ,if they can do something then it's good (usually server team do not cooperate or say there is no issue from their side)

to prove this ,you can remove the server from domain and you won't need to resetCauser every time.
