Resource Manager Essentials 3.5 Inventory Problem

I have problem with my CW2000.

Sometimes when I select "List Devices" from RME->Admin->Inventory it shows no entries found. This is also the same when I try to use any RME function that requires me to select devices. But when I look in RME->Admin->Inventory->Import Status it shows 603 Managed devices which is correct.

Any idea what could cause this problem

You may be running into CSCef50925:

RME Inventory Display problems

If you are on Solaris, try these commands:

/opt/CSCOpx/bin/pdterm DIServer ICServer

/opt/CSCOpx/bin/pdexec DIServer ICServer

If you are on Windows, open a DOS shell and go to CSCOpx\bin. Issue the commands (case sensitive):

pdterm DIServer ICServer

pdexec DIServer ICServer
