Respond to SNMP queries while getting the BGP Full View

Hi.

Our monitoring software draws SNMP graphs from the Cisco 7609 router each minute.

When the router gets the BGP Full View from our upstream provider it stops responding to SNMP queries (2-3 minutes downtime)

I tried the command:
snmp-server priority high

but it doesn't help.

Is there a way to solve our issue ?

Hi,

Try to Increase and SNMP TIMEOUT and  SNMP RETRY in your tool for this device and check the issue.
