Hi, we are moving from a Windows 2003 32 bit server to 64 bit installation. Does anyone know if I can restore the 32 bit LMS backup to the newly installed 64 bit without causing myself any problems?

Yes, this is possible. You cannot, however, restore from Windows to Solaris or vice versa.
