Restrict access for non-domain devices with CISCO WLC 4400

We have a school district wishing to deny non-domain devices access to the wireless system, They have 11 Cisco 1142 APs, a WLC 4400 and Windows 2008 domain. We have tried to use machine authenication through AD, but have not been successful. Trying to create a NAP policy applying only to the Domain Computers OU  does not work; we get a "certificate server not available" message.  A certificate has been installed and is viewable on the device, all  encryption and authentication methods are correct. We are looking for  the best way to secure the wireless from non-domain devices. Can this be done through the WLC 4400? Thanks.
