RME 3.5 problem with CatOS image distribution

I've got a whole building full of Cat6k's with SUP32 that LMS 2.2 (RME 3.5 IDU 13) refuses to upgrade. Does anyone know what this error means? This is generated by RME -> Software Management -> Distribution -> Distribution by Devices.

Slot 8.

Model : WS-SUP32-GE-3B

Type : 50x

HW Version : 4.x

FW Version : 12.x

SW Version : 8.x(x)

Skip Reason : Redundant supervisor module has same image as the Active

supervisor module. The upgrade of the Active supervisor

module will also upgrade this module.

It looks like RME thinks you are trying to upgrade the standby supervisor module.

If RME hasn't correctly picked up which one is Active, perhaps an Update Inventory followed by Software Distribution would fix this.

Thanks for the speedy response. I'll give it a try.

Well, updaing inventory didn't help. Then I tried deleting (suspending) the devices and resubmitting them, to no avail either. So I bit the bullet, deleted all of the "problem children" and re-added them back. After clicking "submit" in RME -> Software Management -> Distribution -> Distribution by Devices, I get:

Slot: 8. Model: WS-SUP32-GE-3B Cause: Redundant supervisor module has same image as the Active supervisor module. The upgrade of the Active supervisor module will also upgrade this module.

Ok.

But when I click "Details" on that page:

What to do now?

So the active sup is in slot 7, correct?

What is the file name of the CatOS that you are trying to distribute?

The file name is cat6000-sup32pfc3k9.8-4-4.bin. Does it have something to do with RME not supporting SUP32 fully? I just find out in Inventory -> Custom Report, SUP32 is known as Card Type 509 (there's another unknown Card Type: 599). None of our SUP32 cat6k switches are found as upgradable by the above image.

It could very well be. The sup32 is not recognized in RME 3.5, IDU 13.0

Rumor has it that there will be an IDU 14.0 for RME 3.5 that will contain support for the sup32

Not clear when the release would be
