RME 4.3, how to resolve alias devices.

RME 4.3 is reporting two alias devices.

When I try to solve this issue opening Alias Devices doesn't show any devices? Why?

Usually, this means it's time to contact the TAC to obtain the steps to clean it up via the dbreader interface.
