RME Archive Errors

I have several devices that are partially successful. The archive of the Startup and VLAN are successful, but the backup of the Running config is getting an Internal Error as the description. I have also notice when I try to view configuration in Device Center it displays HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error.

Which version of RME is this? Are these devices similar models or random types?

If you do a check device attributes/credentials for these devices do SNMP RO/RW pass?

Can you do a show run on those devices.

If some operation blocks the flash RME will fail to get the config.

Check with "show users" if old sessions are perhaps hanging.

put an exec-timeout on your line vty
