I'm building CiscoWorks from scratch with no previous experience (fun). I've gotten through the Device Discovery and I have everything looking good there. I'm trying to setup weekly backups of the switch configs and all of them fail. It is set to use SSH\Telnet. I can SSH to all of the devices with no problem. The failed list all seems to point to authentication errors. Is there somewhere in config mgmt to set authentication parameters or community string values? All of that is in the DCR so I wouldn't think so, but what do I know? RME version is 4.3.2
