RME Config polling & collection error


Since March 24th my server hasn't been collecting or polling. I attempted to change the date, under 'collection settings' to a different time for say tomorrow; applied it and it appears to accept it but when I refresh the screen the date reverts to Mar 24 again.

I've tried to delete the job but it's refused.

Anyone come across it before; if its a bug?

What version of RME are you using? There were some bugs prior to RME 4.0.4 in which collection settings may not save correctly. These have been corrected, and a date change does work (just remember to click Apply on the main screen when you're done).

Running RME 4.0.4

I've been applying but as I said if I navigate away from the screen and return, the date reverts back to the old one.

Although the server has been restarted since March and not fixed the problem, I had to disable the archive polling & collection settings, restart CW, then re-enable. It looks ok now.
