RME Configuration Area not visible

I have LMS 2.6.1 with RME 4.0.6

I am able to view Cisco Catalyst 2950G 48 EI Switch in RME/ Devices as well as Common Services area.
However it is grayed out in RME/ Configuration area.  So I am unable to sync/view configs as well as deploy jobs.

Any idea what the issue might be ? I believe I have c2950 OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.429

It sounds like your package repository is bad.  There is a way to recover this, but it will require you to contact TAC.  They will need to send you an updated package set which you can use to replace your existing repository, and restore full device support.
