We cannot see the sender in emails recieved from Ciscoworks LMS 2.5.1, it comes up as blank. We could do from LMS 2.2
From our support guys - the From/Reply To email headers are not getting completed.
The Return-Path header (where the email is sent from and returned to if it fails for any reason) has been updated with the Ciscoworks@wherever.com address.

This bug was in LMS 2.2 and was resolved in LMS 2.5
Looks like the problem above was specific to LMS 2.5

Under Common Services - Admin - System Prefs what do you have entered for the CiscoWorks Email ID?

Thanks guys.
We have configured the email ID as Ciscoworks@ybs.co.uk
It appears OK in the reply to field in the header.
