RME failed to collect and i have an error

hello,

i have 8 devices in my network, 2 switchs and 6 servers:

the first switch is cisco 3750,the other is 2960

i have some problem with this,

the 8 device are not Enabled in IPM under IPSLA

and in RME failed to collect and i have an error

Is there any configuration needed??

what should i have to do to collect my devices??

IP SLA is not supported on Cat2k switches.  The 3750 needs to be running 12.2(40)SE or higher for IP SLA support.  You also need an IPSERVICES image.  For config collection, make sure you have correct SNMP read-write and/or telnet/SSH credentials entered for these devices in DCR.
