RME Inventory Collect Failure - "Device sensed, but collection failed"

Hi,

Getting the error

"Device sensed, but collection failed" when trying to collect Inventory in RME.

It is a 3750G-12S switch, we have many other similar switches that work fine. I have verified the device credentials and all is Ok.

For the same switch, the config collection is "successful"..!

Any ideas ?

I have attached the IC_Server.log in debug mode, if it helps.

This is CSCsj60591. The workaround is documented in the bug. It will be fixed in RME 4.0.6, and is already fixed in RME 4.1.
