RME inventory failed on cat6509

Hello, I am using CWLMS 3.1 with RME 4.2.0, the RME inventory works fine for every switches in the network except for the 2 Catalyst 6509. The IOS version used on these devices is s3223_rp-IPBASEK9-VM, I have no problem with the SNMP community and other credential. The IP address of these 2 devices is 10.128.168.124 and 10.128.168.125, the IC-server log file is attached to this post. Any idea ?

I'm seeing some FLASH-MIB timeouts in here. Try increasing the SNMP timeout for these devices under RME > Device Management > RME Devices > Edit Attributes. Without a sniffer trace, I can't say how high to make them, but 10 seconds would be a good start.

It's the solution. I have increased the timeout, the inventory for these 2 devices is collected. Thanks
