Roles can no longer do a Cisco View

After upgrading to LMS 2.6 the "Help Desk" & "Network Operator" accounts/roles can no longer do a Cisco View on a device.

Network Topology - Layer 2 view> right click, Cisco View

Message

Failed to open device 10.x.x.x

Cause

Device doesn't exist or there is a problem

Cisco View> Chassis View> type in IP address of device

Error Id=null, Severity=3, Message=Failed to open device 10.x.x.x, Cause=Device doesn't exist or there is a problem with DNS resolution., Action=Please verify the device existence and its hostname to

This is a known bug (CSCsg26840). You must be network admin or higher to use CiscoView. If you open a TAC Service Request, a patch can be provided for you.
