Router1760

I have 1760 hooked up to MPLS of AT&T, and some reasons, it work off/on when I ping to the box. Is this something I should look at in my box?

hi

make sure that you are isolating the problem and identifying the exact reason for the drop.

you might need to ping the lan interface of the router first and make sure that you are not seeing any drops.

then you might require to pinging the wan interface of the router.

by doing so you can isolate the problematic area and start troubleshooting..

btw are you getting drop when pinging lan or wan ?
