SFP-T and SFP-LX,SX in Cisco View

I cann't to see the following ports in Cisco View:

SFP-T in Catalyst 3560-48PS and

SFP-LX,SX in Catalyst 2960-24TC-L

I have the last packages for these switches - version 2.0.

Do you know when the new packages for these devices will be available? Does this problem relate with installed packages?

What version of IOS are you running on these switches?

C3560-IPBASE-M, Version 12.2(25)SEB1 - SFP-LX, SX are seen, but SFP-T is not seen.

2960-24TC-L, 2960G-24TC-L and 2960-48TC-L with C2960-LANBASE-M, Version 12.2(25)FX -SFP-LX, SX and GLC-GE-100FX are not seen.

C3560-48TS and C3560G-24TS with C3560-IPBASE-M, Version 12.2(25)SEB4 - GLC-GE-100FX is not seen.

I believe these versions should suffice. The problem could very well be with the CiscoView package. I recommend you open a TAC Service Request so that additional debugging can be collected, and an ETA of a new package (if required) can be provided.
