hi
i'm having a weird problem on my router
the interface is down ,down but i see input packets increasing and traffic is passing via this interface.
i would like to mention that the interface is working good. the problem it's showing down,down.
i added output from the router :

hi,
i will post the sh ver tomorrow when i'm in the office.
please note that i have other serial interfaces on this router functioning normally.

I couldn't find a bug that matches this scenario exactly. I saw a few that had some similarities, but this looks like it might be a new issue. I suggest you contact TAC to have them analyze this further.
