show interface problem

hi

i'm having a weird problem on my router

the interface is down ,down but i see input packets increasing and traffic is passing via this interface.

i would like to mention that the interface is working good. the problem it's showing down,down.

i added output from the router :

PT_Access-A_A6#sh int s0/2/2

Serial0/2/2 is down, line protocol is down

Hardware is HWIC-Serial

i mean sh ver and not sh run as i posted previously

I couldn't find a bug that matches this scenario exactly. I saw a few that had some similarities, but this looks like it might be a new issue. I suggest you contact TAC to have them analyze this further.
