SLCA0155: Cannot view reports

Hello,

I'm running LMS3.2, RME 4.3.1, CS 3.3.0 on Solaris 10.

We have a scheduled syslog reporting job that worked fine for the last year or so.

Today, when I tried to check the job's output, I got the following error:

Can you post a screenshot of the error?

I stopped/started the server and the job (it is a scheduled one) today produce output that is viewable.

However, yesterday's job is still not viewable. This happens every now and then.

Is the report located here with the job id  NMSROOT/CSCOpx\files\rme\cri\archives\syslog\reports\output\(job id)? And what is the criteria for the

report you are attempting to run?

What kind of device?

What is the range? Try narrowing the range down?

Also re-run the sync archive on that device since its says the archive has been deleted.
