I can go from CW to Exchange, If Im forcing from DFM Alert and Activities Alert ID Notify by entering source e-mail address and target e-mail address, in this case Im getting the e-mail, works fine, there is no massage in smtp.log.
On the other hand if Im setting up any job automatically, Im unable to get the e-mail after completing the job, in other words, automated completed job is unable to send an e-mail.
Please help to solve this problem.

Open Virus Scan Console and go into the properties for Access Protection, click on the Port Blocking Tab (if it's not selected by default), then click Edit on the "Prevent mass mailing worms from sending mail." policy and add it to the excluded processes list.
