SNMP/OID for associated clients to an AccessPoint/Controller

Dear Community,

Does somebody know the correct OID to collect the number of associated clients

to a Cisco Light-weight LWAPP Access Point by SNMP?

The only info I am able to collect is a list of states per client (as shown in

the extract below) by polling the

OID CISCO-LWAPP-DOT11-CLIENT-MIB::cldcClientStatus by SNMP.

CISCO-LWAPP-DOT11-CLIENT-MIB::cldcClientStatus.'. xxxx' = INTEGER: probing(8)

CISCO-LWAPP-DOT11-CLIENT-MIB::cldcClientStatus.'. yyyy' = INTEGER: associated(4)

CISCO-LWAPP-DOT11-CLIENT-MIB::cldcClientStatus.'. zzzz' = INTEGER: associated(4)

CISCO-LWAPP-DOT11-CLIENT-MIB::cldcClientStatus.'. wwww' = INTEGER: associated(4)

CISCO-LWAPP-DOT11-CLIENT-MIB::cldcClientStatus.'. nnnn' = INTEGER: associated(4)

The other variant is to invoke the command "show client summary" in the cli on

the WLAN Controller itself. It will provide the following output:

(Cisco Controller) >show client summary

Number of Clients................................ 78

MAC Address AP Name Status WLAN Auth Protocol Port

----------------- ----------------- ------------- ---- ---- -------- ----

00:xx:yy:zz:nn:xy APName1 Associated 7 Yes 802.11b 29

00:xx:yy:zz:nn:yz APName2 Associated 7 Yes 802.11b 29

00:xx:yy:zz:nn:xn APName3 Probing N/A No 802.11b 29

[...]

The line containing "Number of Clients .... 78" is the excact information I am

looking for - but collecting it by SNMP instead by CLI.

I would appreciate if someone could be so kind and provide the excat OID to get the number (summary)

of associated clients to an AP/Controller.

Many thanks in advance for any assistance.

Kind regards,

Horst
