SNMP on a 871 router

i am trying to get interface statistics off my 871 router for SNMp using mrtg. i am just getting a straight line the whole time so i am pretty sure i am not monitoring the right stuff

here is my current config having to do with it

snmp-server community xxxxxxxx RO

snmp-server enable traps snmp authentication linkdown linkup coldstart warmstart

snmp-server enable traps tty

any help would be appreciated

The config looks fine, what objects and statistics are you trying to monitor?

here is a sample

If you manually walk ifInOctets and ifOutOctets (a couple of samples) and compare a delta of 30 seconds later are you seeing any increase in the values?
