SNMP PING 2800/3800 Routers Defaults

I would like to know if the routers 2800/3800 are configured by dafault to respond SNMP pings, if there is someonce that knows about it please help me with this question.

What is an SNMP ping? If you mean an SNMP GET request, then no. You would need to configure a read-only community string at the very least for a router to respond to an SNMP GET. For example:

snmp-server community public RO
