SNMP with MRTG

Hello,

I install MRTG for monitoring my routers (cisco837)and i have a problem with two routers because a snmp alert don't work.On another router Cisco837 i don't have this problem.

When i launch command perl cfgmaker, i return error msg:SNMP error no response received SNMPWALK Problem for 1.3.6.1.2.1.1 on xxx@130.98.9.254::::::v4only

at cfgmaker line 858

WARNING: Skipping coplan@130.98.9.254: as no info could be retrieved

With another

I have setting a paramater snmp-server community xxx RW

snmp-server enable traps tty

but i have same a problem

Can you poll the device directly using SNMP, without using MRTG?. This would tell you if the problem is with the device or MRTG cfg file
