SNMS interface problem (with WUG)

Hello,

We installed the latest version of CiscoWorks SNMS on a Windows 2003 server. Everything is ok except that there is no way to display WUG data and components from the CWSNMS interface. (WUG is working properly). We tried uninstalling, reloading and installing again, the problem is still the same.

Is there something we can do ?

Hi, As far as I'm informed well enough by reading the release notes and so, windows 2003 is not supported. Only win 2000 Sp4 is supported in snms 1.5.1.

Hello,

According to the datasheet and to the installation guide, the following platforms are supported with version 1.5.1 :

· Windows Server 2003, Standard and Enterprise Editions

· Windows 2000 Professional Server and Advanced Server with Service Pack 3 (SP3)

· (English and Japanese)

But only Win2K is supported with version 1.5.
