SNMS WUG's icone black

Hi,

I have SNMS 1.5.1 installed on Windows 2003. All is fine except the map in WUG : all the device appear black, i can't see any color. Have you any idea about this problem ? Is it a known bug ?

This is a problem with initially connecting to WUG using a display with more than 256 colors. To fix this, set your display (if you are using Remote Desktop, set the RDP display) to 256 colors. If you always connect to WUG with an 8-bit display, you should not see this problem. See http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WG-20021119-DM02.htm for more details.

Thank you for your answer, i have change the display and i have now the color.
