One of our customer's is experiencing Software distribution job failure, the old logs in job folder doesn't point to any particular cause.
We have verified the Device credentials and snmpwalk. both are successful.
Off late, on retrying the already existing job for this device, we started to receive a java error:
If i try to create a new sw distribution job, the system doesnt allow me to go past the second step, as the drop down menu has no .bin/image files to choose from. all it has is a 'failure' written in the two drop down cells.
Now, i am in a situation where i cannot collect any debug logs as there is no way for me to create/execute this job.
