I am trying to copy the image file from

device it give me Error code as

Protocl used RCP

Failed to create an empty temp file in RCP specified Directory

Cause: java.io.IOException Create process:cmd /c C:/Program Files~/CSCOPX/bin/crmrsh.exe addrhost ipaddress cwuser error=5

Is there a firewall in between the server and device blocking communication? Can you manually run the commands from the server to device?

Also,can you check and see if casuser or the casusers group has access to cmd.exe on Windows.

Seen something like this before where LMS wasn;t able to run a shell.

I could only fix it by putting a copy of cmd.exe in CSCOpx\bin. A copy not a shortcut.

If that was the case it is most likely that casuser or casusers group did not have access to the cmd.exe on windows.
